Accounts Payable Manager (1-3 Yrs) | Vijayawada

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Accounts Payable Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our finance team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and demonstrate a strong understanding of accounts payable processes, financial regulations, and best practices within the building material industry. This role is crucial in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, payments, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, verification, and approval.

Ensure accurate and timely payment processing to vendors in compliance with company policies and contractual terms.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Maintain the vendor master file, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

Liaise with internal and external auditors on accounts payable related matters.

Stay updated on relevant accounting standards and tax regulations (e.g., GST) in India.

Support the finance department in other ad-hoc tasks as required.
