We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager to oversee our accounts payable operations. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end AP process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and experience in the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the accounts payable team, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee the processing of all invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
• Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and implement AP policies and procedures.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of AP principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
