Accounts Payable Manager - Corporate (Nasik)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our corporate finance team in Nasik. This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all vendor invoices and payments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of transactions. A Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) degree is required, demonstrating a strong analytical and scientific approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice receipt, verification, coding, and processing.
- Ensure all vendor payments are made accurately and on time, adhering to company policies and payment terms.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the procurement and other departments to resolve invoice issues.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Monitor and manage the aging of accounts payable.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls.
- Support audit requests by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
