Accounts Payable Manager - IT Services & Consulting (2-4 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager to join our finance team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounts payable processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage a team. This role is crucial in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all invoices and payments, contributing to the financial health of our IT Services & Consulting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, verification, and payment execution.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all AP transactions in the accounting system.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Develop and implement AP policies and procedures to improve efficiency and internal controls.
• Train and mentor junior AP staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors on AP-related matters.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and system enhancements within the AP function.
