Accounts Receivable Executive

Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive with a B.Tech/B.E. background and 3-5 years of experience to join our finance team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is crucial for managing our company's incoming revenue streams, ensuring accuracy, and optimizing cash flow. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills and technical understanding to streamline AR processes and contribute to the financial health of our fast-paced internet company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment application, and collections.
- Reconcile accounts receivable aging reports and identify discrepancies.
- Follow up on overdue invoices with clients through various communication channels.
- Prepare and analyze AR reports for management, highlighting trends and potential risks.
- Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to resolve billing issues and ensure timely payments.
- Implement and improve AR processes to enhance efficiency and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting principles.
- Utilize accounting software and ERP systems for AR management.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures as they relate to accounts receivable.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to accounts receivable.
