Accounts Receivable Executive

Role Summary: The Accounts Receivable Executive will be responsible for managing and processing all incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the accounts receivable process. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts receivable.
• Prepare and distribute daily/weekly/monthly reports on accounts receivable status.
• Assist in the collection of overdue accounts by contacting customers and following up on payment status.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts receivable transactions.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues.
• Support the finance department with ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.
