Accounts Receivable Executive for M.A Graduates (0-1 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to join our finance team in Mangalore. This role is ideal for recent M.A graduates looking to kickstart their career in corporate finance within the dynamic furniture and furnishing industry. You will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of invoices and sending them to customers.

Process customer payments accurately and in a timely manner.

Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues with customer accounts.

Generate reports on accounts receivable status, aging, and collection efforts.

Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements.

Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
