Accounts Receivable Executive role in Furniture & Furnishing (1-2 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive with 1-2 years of experience and an LLB qualification to join our team in Vadodara. This role is crucial for managing our accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records within the dynamic Furniture & Furnishing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and reconcile customer invoices and payments accurately.

Follow up on overdue accounts through various communication channels (email, phone, letters).

Investigate and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts.

Assist in the preparation of aging reports and cash flow forecasts.

Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.

Liaise with sales and customer service teams to address billing issues.

Utilize legal knowledge to understand and apply relevant contract terms and dispute resolution mechanisms.

Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in all AR-related tasks.
