We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive with 3-4 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and possess a strong understanding of accounts receivable processes within the IT services industry. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, managing outstanding payments, and maintaining healthy client relationships. You will play a key part in the financial health of the organization by managing the inflow of revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and send out invoices to clients accurately and on time.
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other discrepancies.
• Perform regular reconciliations of accounts receivable to the general ledger.
• Follow up with clients on outstanding balances through email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
• Resolve billing issues and discrepancies by investigating, identifying, and discussing solutions with customers and other departments.
• Prepare aging reports and present them to management regularly.
• Assist in month-end closing procedures related to accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all AR-related transactions and communications.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and payment processes.
