Accounts Receivable Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee our accounts receivable operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire AR process, ensuring timely collection of payments, maintaining accurate records, and improving cash flow. This role is crucial for the financial health of our growing fashion e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the accounts receivable department.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce outstanding accounts receivable and improve collection rates.
• Process customer payments, apply cash receipts, and reconcile AR sub-ledger to the general ledger.
• Monitor aging reports and take proactive steps to collect overdue accounts.
• Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries, discrepancies, and payment arrangements.
• Prepare and present regular AR reports to management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to resolve AR-related issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in AR management.
