Accounts Receivable Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our growing team. The Accounts Receivable Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate billing, cash application, and collection of outstanding debts. This role is crucial in maintaining the company's financial health and optimizing cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, credit memo processing, and collections.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize aging receivables and bad debt.
• Reconcile accounts receivable subsidiary ledger with the general ledger.
• Process customer payments accurately and timely, ensuring proper cash application.
• Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and outstanding payment issues.
• Prepare and analyze AR aging reports, cash flow forecasts, and other relevant financial statements.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal departments (Sales, Project Management) and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
• Supervise and mentor AR team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
