Accounts Receivable Manager (3-4 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager with 3-4 years of experience to oversee our accounts receivable operations. This role is crucial for maintaining healthy cash flow and ensuring accurate financial records for our esteemed hotel properties in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AR processes and be adept at managing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the accounts receivable department, including invoicing, cash application, and collections.

Ensure timely and accurate invoicing of all hotel services and guest charges.

Process incoming payments and apply them to the correct customer accounts.

Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and identify overdue accounts.

Develop and implement strategies for efficient debt collection, including contacting clients, sending reminders, and negotiating payment plans.

Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger with the general ledger.

Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, collections, and aging for management.

Liaise with sales and front desk teams to resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
