Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager with 3-4 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our finance team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire accounts receivable cycle, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced MNC environment within the Printing & Publishing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounts receivable department.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce outstanding receivables and improve cash flow.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Reconcile accounts receivable to the general ledger.
- Prepare and analyze aging reports and provide insights to management.
- Communicate with customers via email and phone to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.
- Process credit memos and adjust customer accounts as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues.
- Generate and distribute monthly AR statements and collection letters.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other reports.
