Accounts Receivable Manager (B.Com Required) - Kolkata

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee our accounts receivable operations in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire AR cycle, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts receivable department.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and application of payments.
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payments, and take appropriate action.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to the general ledger.
• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status for management review.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
