Accounts Receivable Manager for B.Des Graduates

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager to join our finance team in Chennai. This role is ideal for a B.Des graduate with 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related finance function. The Accounts Receivable Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts receivable department.

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce outstanding receivables.

Reconcile accounts receivable to the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial statements.

Liaise with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.

Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates to management on collection status.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles.

Utilize design thinking principles to identify innovative solutions for AR process improvements.
