Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Acquisition Manager to drive the growth of our rider and driver network in key urban markets. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new users and partners, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and fostering long-term engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of the urban transport landscape in India and a passion for building scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative acquisition strategies for both riders and delivery partners.
- Identify and target new geographic areas and customer segments for expansion.
- Build and manage relationships with local communities, businesses, and influencers to drive user adoption.
- Oversee the entire acquisition funnel, from lead generation to conversion and onboarding.
- Analyze acquisition campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure a cohesive user experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Manage and mentor a team of acquisition associates, fostering a high-performance culture.
