Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Activities Coordinator with a B.Pharma background to join our team in Delhi. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience looking to contribute to the operational efficiency and employee engagement within our dynamic electronics manufacturing environment. The Activities Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various internal and external activities, ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and training programs.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and site visits, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and material preparation.
- Maintain records of activities, budgets, and participant feedback.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure successful event delivery.
- Support in the onboarding process for new hires, including organizing orientation sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations during all activities.
- Manage inventory of materials and supplies required for various events and activities.
- Contribute to improving internal communication channels and processes.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Operations teams as needed.
