Activities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Activities Coordinator to join our dynamic team at SORA Pvt. Ltd. The Activities Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various internal and external activities, events, and training programs to support the company's operational and strategic objectives. This role requires excellent communication, logistical planning, and interpersonal skills to ensure seamless execution and participant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets for training sessions, workshops, and corporate events.
• Coordinate logistics for all activities, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of all event-related tasks.
• Manage participant registration, communication, and feedback collection for all scheduled activities.
• Assist in the development and distribution of promotional materials and event collateral.
• Provide on-site support during events to address any issues and ensure a positive experience for attendees.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities, including attendance, expenses, and post-event evaluations.
• Support the management team in ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
