Activities Coordinator - Accounting / Auditing Sector (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and organized Activities Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Design (B.Des) to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing engaging internal and external events and activities that foster a positive and collaborative work environment, aligning with PwC's brand and objectives within the accounting and auditing sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative event concepts and activity plans that align with company culture and strategic goals.
- Manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, budget tracking, and on-site coordination.
- Design and produce engaging event materials, invitations, and promotional content, leveraging B.Des skills.
- Coordinate with various internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- Source and manage vendors for catering, entertainment, decor, and other event-related services.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring a high-quality attendee experience.
- Gather feedback post-event and prepare reports on event success and areas for improvement.
- Manage event calendars and communications, ensuring all participants are well-informed.
- Contribute to the development of innovative engagement strategies and employee well-being initiatives.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
