We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Actor with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing patient communication and engagement through various medical scenarios and training programs within our hospital setting. This role requires a unique blend of analytical skills gained from an M.Com background and the ability to portray diverse characters effectively in simulated medical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in role-playing exercises for medical staff training, simulating patient interactions, family discussions, and challenging communication scenarios.

Portray various patient demographics and emotional states to facilitate realistic training for doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Collaborate with the training and HR departments to develop scripts and scenarios that align with hospital policies and best practices.

Provide feedback on training effectiveness from a participant's perspective.

Assist in creating educational content for patient awareness programs, potentially involving video or audio recordings.

Apply analytical skills from M.Com to understand financial implications or operational efficiencies related to training programs.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when portraying sensitive medical situations.
