Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Actuarial Manager to join our growing team. The Actuarial Manager will be responsible for leading actuarial functions, providing strategic insights, and ensuring the financial health and risk management of our client engagements within the BPO/Call Centre industry. This role requires a strong understanding of actuarial principles, data analysis, and the ability to translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage actuarial projects, including pricing, reserving, and financial modeling for BPO/Call Centre services.
- Develop and implement actuarial methodologies and models to assess financial risks and opportunities.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to client profitability, operational efficiency, and risk exposure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, finance, sales) to provide actuarial support and guidance.
- Prepare and present actuarial reports, findings, and recommendations to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with relevant actuarial standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Mentor and develop junior actuarial staff.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging risks, and new actuarial techniques.
