Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Actuarial Manager with 1-3 years of experience, holding an MBA/PGDM degree, to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will contribute to the financial health and strategic planning of our company by performing actuarial analysis, pricing, and product development functions within the miscellaneous insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and pricing of new insurance products, ensuring profitability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular valuations of liabilities and reserves, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
Perform experience analyses, including mortality, morbidity, and lapse studies, to inform pricing and reserving assumptions.
Support the underwriting and claims departments by providing actuarial insights and guidance.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of actuarial models and tools.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on key actuarial findings and recommendations.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in actuarial science.
