Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) - 1-2 Yrs

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) Associate to join our innovative team in Chennai. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree and a keen interest in the burgeoning field of 3D printing within the furniture and furnishing sector. You will play a vital role in supporting our additive manufacturing operations, contributing to process improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the additive manufacturing facility, including machine setup, operation, and monitoring.
- Support the design and prototyping process by preparing 3D models for printing and managing print queues.
- Conduct quality control checks on printed parts and finished products, identifying and reporting any defects.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, material usage, and machine performance.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to troubleshoot printing issues and optimize print parameters.
- Research and stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in additive manufacturing and their applications in furniture design.
- Assist in inventory management of raw materials and finished goods related to 3D printing.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of standard operating procedures for additive manufacturing processes.
