Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) Engineer

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Additive Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing 3D printing processes for textile and apparel applications. You will work closely with our design and production teams to bring innovative textile concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize 3D printing parameters for various textile materials (e.g., TPU, TPE, flexible resins).
• Operate and maintain industrial 3D printers, ensuring high-quality output and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with designers to translate 2D designs into 3D printable models suitable for apparel and accessories.
• Conduct research and testing of new materials and printing technologies for textile applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the 3D printing process.
• Contribute to the development of post-processing techniques for 3D printed textile components.
• Maintain detailed records of experiments, processes, and results.
