Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) Engineer with 1-3 years of experience and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree to join our innovative engineering team in Ludhiana. The successful candidate will be instrumental in exploring and implementing advanced 3D printing technologies for various applications within the Engineering & Construction domain, contributing to enhanced design, prototyping, and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research, evaluate, and recommend suitable additive manufacturing technologies and materials for construction and engineering projects.
- Develop and optimize 3D printing processes for creating prototypes, components, and potentially full-scale elements relevant to the construction industry.
- Collaborate with design engineers and project managers to integrate 3D printed solutions into existing workflows and new project developments.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for adopting additive manufacturing in specific construction applications.
- Troubleshoot and maintain 3D printing equipment and software, ensuring operational efficiency and quality output.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in additive manufacturing, materials science, and their applications in civil engineering and infrastructure.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations on additive manufacturing initiatives and outcomes.
