Role Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a Doctorate/PhD to join our administration team in Ludhiana. This role will be instrumental in supporting complex administrative processes, strategic planning, and operational efficiency within the Design vertical of our MNC. The ideal candidate will leverage their advanced research and analytical skills to contribute to high-level decision-making and process optimization. This position is suitable for candidates with 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support strategic administrative initiatives and policy development.

Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize administrative workflows and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify challenges, and propose innovative administrative strategies.
