Administration - Other role in Fitness & Wellness (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and organized Administration - Other professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a passion for the fitness and wellness industry. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our fitness centers and corporate office.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.

Support the operations team in coordinating events, workshops, and member activities.

Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.

Assist with onboarding new staff and ensuring all administrative procedures are followed.

Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.

Handle basic financial tasks such as expense tracking and invoice processing.

Provide general support to management and visitors.
