• Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other departmental documents.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
• Support in organizing company events and activities.
• Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
• Act as a point of contact for internal queries and provide administrative support to employees.
• Assist in onboarding new employees with administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
