Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree and 4-6 years of experience to join our Administration team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various administrative functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to the efficiency of the department. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage office administrative operations, including vendor management, procurement of office supplies, and facility maintenance.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and manage departmental schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Prepare and analyze reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Assist in budget tracking and financial record-keeping for the administration department.
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Support HR functions related to onboarding, employee engagement, and welfare activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline administrative tasks.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative projects and assignments as directed by management.
