This position is suitable for individuals with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree, bringing a unique perspective to administrative support within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day administrative operations of the department, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
• Manage and maintain records, databases, and filing systems for staff and student-related administrative matters.
• Coordinate with various departments and external stakeholders for administrative tasks, meetings, and events.
• Support in the onboarding and offboarding processes for administrative staff.
• Handle inquiries and provide assistance to students, faculty, and visitors regarding administrative procedures.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the administrative functions.
• Utilize M.Pharma knowledge to assist in administrative tasks related to academic departments or research support where applicable.
