Adventure Activities Coordinator

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and certified Adventure Activities Coordinator to design, organize, and lead engaging outdoor and adventure programs for our employees. This role is crucial for fostering team spirit, promoting employee well-being, and offering unique team-building experiences, potentially including elements of mountaineering and high-altitude trekking. The coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the safety and success of all activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a calendar of adventure activities, including trekking, camping, and potentially introductory mountaineering workshops, tailored for corporate teams.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop comprehensive safety protocols for all activities, ensuring compliance with Indian adventure tourism regulations.
• Lead and instruct participants during activities, providing guidance on techniques, safety, and environmental ethics.
• Manage logistics, including transportation, accommodation, equipment procurement, and permits for all expeditions.
• Provide first aid and emergency response as needed, ensuring participant safety in remote environments.
• Facilitate team-building exercises and debriefing sessions post-activity to maximize learning and engagement.
• Maintain and manage all adventure equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and meets safety standards.
• Collaborate with HR and internal stakeholders to understand employee needs and tailor programs accordingly.
