We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Adventure Sports Guide to lead and manage adventure activities for our corporate employees in Ahmedabad. This role requires a blend of adventure expertise, safety consciousness, and excellent communication skills to ensure a memorable and safe experience for participants.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and lead a variety of adventure sports activities (e.g., trekking, rappelling, river rafting, camping) for corporate groups.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants by adhering to strict safety protocols and providing clear instructions.

Assess participant skill levels and provide appropriate guidance and support.

Manage and maintain adventure sports equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.

Handle any emergencies or incidents calmly and effectively, following established procedures.

Develop engaging and informative briefings for participants before and during activities.

Collaborate with the HR and employee engagement team to understand group needs and tailor activities accordingly.

Maintain a positive and encouraging attitude to foster a fun and team-building environment.
