Adventure Sports Guide

Role Summary: The Adventure Sports Guide will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading outdoor adventure activities for corporate teams as part of BYJU'S employee engagement and training programs. This role requires a blend of safety expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to foster teamwork and personal development in participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a variety of adventure sports programs (e.g., trekking, rafting, camping, rock climbing) tailored for corporate groups.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants by implementing strict safety protocols and risk management strategies.
• Provide clear instructions, guidance, and motivation to participants throughout the activities.
• Assess participant skill levels and adapt activities accordingly.
• Manage equipment, ensuring it is in good condition and properly used.
• Facilitate debriefing sessions to help participants reflect on their experiences and learn from them.
• Collaborate with the HR and training departments to align adventure activities with corporate learning objectives.
• Maintain emergency preparedness and respond effectively to any incidents.
