Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, and lead a variety of adventure sports activities such as trekking, camping, rafting, rock climbing, and more, tailored for corporate groups.
2. Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants by adhering to strict safety protocols and conducting pre-activity briefings.
3. Assess participant skill levels and provide appropriate guidance and instruction.
4. Manage all equipment, ensuring it is in good condition, properly maintained, and safely used.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities, vendors, and emergency services.
6. Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively, providing first aid and coordinating rescue efforts if necessary.
7. Provide feedback and reports on activity outcomes, participant engagement, and safety performance.
8. Continuously research and propose new adventure activities and destinations.
