Role Summary: UFlex Ltd. is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Adventure Sports Guide to lead and manage various outdoor adventure activities for its employees as part of its employee engagement and wellness programs. The guide will be responsible for ensuring the safety, enjoyment, and skill development of participants during these excursions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and lead a variety of adventure sports activities such as trekking, rafting, rock climbing, camping, and other outdoor pursuits.
- Ensure the safety of all participants by providing clear instructions, enforcing safety regulations, and managing risks effectively.
- Assess participant skill levels and adapt activities accordingly to ensure inclusivity and enjoyment for all.
- Provide guidance and instruction on techniques, equipment usage, and environmental awareness.
- Maintain and manage all adventure sports equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and properly stored.
- Develop emergency response plans and be prepared to handle any unforeseen situations or accidents.
- Liaise with local authorities and service providers as needed for permits, logistics, and support.
- Promote a positive and encouraging team environment during all activities.
