Adventure Sports Guide

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Adventure Sports Guide to lead and manage thrilling adventure activities for our corporate clients in and around Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various adventure sports, a commitment to safety, and excellent communication skills to ensure an unforgettable experience for participants. This role requires a Diploma in a relevant field and 4-6 years of hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and lead a variety of adventure sports activities such as trekking, rafting, camping, rock climbing, and more, ensuring participant safety and enjoyment.
- Conduct pre-activity briefings, including safety instructions, equipment usage, and emergency procedures.
- Assess participant skill levels and adapt activities accordingly to ensure inclusivity and manage risks.
- Maintain and ensure the proper functioning and safety of all adventure sports equipment.
- Provide expert guidance and instruction on techniques and best practices for each activity.
- Monitor weather conditions and environmental factors, making informed decisions regarding activity continuation or cancellation.
- Handle minor first-aid emergencies and coordinate with local emergency services when necessary.
- Foster a positive and encouraging team environment among participants.
- Document and report on activity outcomes, participant feedback, and any incidents.
- Collaborate with the corporate events team to customize adventure experiences based on client requirements.
