Adventure Sports Guide

Role Summary: As an Adventure Sports Guide at Godrej & Boyce, you will be responsible for leading and guiding employees and guests through various adventure sports activities. This role requires a deep understanding of safety protocols, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a fun and engaging environment. You will play a crucial role in promoting employee well-being and team-building through recreational activities, potentially linked to company retreats or sponsored events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise participants in a variety of adventure sports such as trekking, rock climbing, rappelling, white-water rafting, and camping.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants by enforcing strict adherence to safety guidelines and procedures.
• Provide clear instructions, demonstrations, and guidance on techniques and equipment usage.
• Assess participant skill levels and adapt activities accordingly to ensure inclusivity and enjoyment.
• Manage and maintain adventure sports equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and properly stored.
• Develop and implement emergency action plans and respond effectively to any incidents or accidents.
• Communicate effectively with participants, staff, and stakeholders, providing information and resolving issues.
• Promote a positive and encouraging atmosphere, fostering teamwork and camaraderie among participants.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in adventure sports and safety.
