Adventure Sports Guide - Consumer Electronics & Appliances Sector (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Adventure Sports Guide with 2-3 years of experience and a B.Com degree to join our team in Vadodara. While the primary role is focused on coordinating and leading adventure sports activities for employee engagement and team-building events within our Consumer Electronics & Appliances company, your B.Com background will be leveraged for budget management, resource allocation, and event planning logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and lead a variety of adventure sports activities (e.g., trekking, camping, cycling, water sports) for employee groups.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants by adhering to established safety protocols and providing necessary guidance.
- Manage event logistics, including transportation, accommodation, food, and equipment.
- Develop and manage budgets for adventure sports events, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely financial reporting (leveraging B.Com skills).
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized activities or equipment.
- Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event debriefings with participants.
- Maintain inventory of adventure sports equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
- Foster a positive and engaging environment for all participants.
- Assist in the development of new adventure sports programs and itineraries.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
