We are seeking an energetic and experienced Adventure Sports Guide to lead and manage a variety of outdoor adventure activities for our employees and corporate clients in Vijayawada. This role is perfect for someone with 3-4 years of experience who is passionate about outdoor pursuits and ensuring participant safety. While a postgraduate degree is not required, a strong understanding of adventure sports and excellent organizational skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and lead adventure sports activities such as trekking, camping, rappelling, and water sports, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to participants, ensuring they understand the risks and safety measures involved.
Conduct pre-activity safety checks on equipment and locations.
Respond effectively to emergencies and administer first aid when necessary.
Maintain a positive and encouraging attitude, fostering a fun and safe environment for all participants.
Manage group dynamics and ensure all participants are accounted for.
Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in adventure sports and safety.
