Role Summary: We are seeking a passionate and creative Advertising & Creative professional with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative advertising and creative strategies for our chemical products, contributing to brand visibility and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative concepts for advertising campaigns across various media channels (digital, print, OOH).
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand campaign objectives and target audience.
- Create compelling visual and written content, including ad copy, social media posts, brochures, and website content.
- Manage external agencies and vendors for creative production and media buying.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in advertising, digital marketing, and chemical industry.
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis to inform creative strategies.
