Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and innovative Advertising & Creative professional to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing compelling advertising campaigns that resonate with our target audience and enhance brand visibility. You will be involved in various aspects of creative production, from conceptualization to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop creative strategies for advertising campaigns across various media platforms (digital, print, OOH, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, design) to ensure creative output aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Create engaging content, including ad copy, scripts, social media posts, and visual assets.
- Manage the production process for creative assets, working with external agencies and vendors as needed.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for future creative improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, technologies, and best practices.
