Job Description
We are seeking a creative and experienced Advertising Management professional to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience and a B.Des degree, with a passion for the real estate and infrastructure sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive advertising strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive lead generation, and support sales objectives for our diverse portfolio of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated advertising campaigns across various media channels (digital, print, OOH, etc.) to promote DLF's real estate projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, design) and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and effective message delivery.
- Manage advertising budgets, track campaign performance, and provide regular reports on ROI and key metrics.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new advertising opportunities and optimize existing strategies.
- Oversee the creative development process, ensuring all advertising materials align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships, including media buyers, creative agencies, and production houses.
- Stay updated with the latest advertising trends and technologies, especially within the real estate sector in India.
