Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Advertising Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling advertising space and solutions to potential clients, driving revenue growth, and building strong, long-lasting client relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of the recruitment advertising landscape and the ability to articulate the value proposition of Naukri.com's advertising products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential clients for advertising solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide market feedback.
