We are seeking a motivated and analytical Advisor / Consultant to join our team in Mangalore, with 2-3 years of relevant experience. This role is ideal for individuals with a Bachelor of Arts degree who are passionate about the sports industry and possess a strong understanding of its ecosystem. You will play a key role in supporting our athletes and operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the identification and profiling of emerging sports talent in the region.
- Provide support in developing and implementing athlete development plans.
- Conduct market research and analysis related to sports trends and opportunities.
- Support administrative tasks related to program management and stakeholder engagement.
- Contribute to reporting and performance tracking of supported athletes and initiatives.
