Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Advisor/Consultant to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Tech background and 3-6 years of experience to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advisory services on financial technology (FinTech) solutions and their implementation within the banking sector.
- Analyze current banking processes and identify areas for improvement through technological advancements and strategic planning.
- Contribute to the development and execution of digital transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend solutions for data analytics, risk management, and cybersecurity in a banking context.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies impacting the banking landscape.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports, recommendations, and strategic roadmaps to senior management.
