Advisor / Consultant

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Advisor/Consultant to provide strategic guidance and support to our corporate clients in leveraging our e-learning solutions to enhance their workforce development. You will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, recommending tailored learning strategies, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of upGrad's programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses for corporate clients to identify specific learning and development requirements.

Develop and present customized e-learning strategies and program recommendations aligned with client business objectives.

Advise clients on best practices for integrating online learning into their existing L&D frameworks.

Facilitate program onboarding and provide ongoing support to ensure high learner engagement and completion rates.

Monitor program effectiveness and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in e-learning and corporate training.
