Role Summary:
Ather Energy is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Aerospace Engineer to join our innovative product development team. This role will involve applying principles of aerospace engineering to the design, development, and testing of advanced electric vehicle components and systems, with a focus on aerodynamics, structural integrity, and thermal management. You will contribute to pushing the boundaries of performance and efficiency in our electric scooters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize vehicle aerodynamics for improved performance and efficiency.
- Conduct structural analysis and simulations (FEA) to ensure component integrity and safety under various load conditions.
- Develop and implement thermal management solutions for battery packs, motors, and other critical components.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to translate aerospace principles into practical EV solutions.
- Research and evaluate new materials and technologies relevant to EV performance and sustainability.
- Perform testing and validation of designs, documenting results and proposing improvements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements in aerospace and automotive sectors.
