We are seeking a highly innovative and analytical Aerospace Engineer with a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. This role is crucial for exploring novel applications of aerospace principles and design thinking within the insurance sector. You will leverage your expertise to identify unmet needs, conceptualize new product features, and drive the design and development of cutting-edge solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply aerospace engineering principles (e.g., systems thinking, aerodynamics, material science, simulation) to analyze and solve complex problems in the insurance domain.
Utilize M.Des expertise in user-centered design, product innovation, and prototyping to conceptualize and develop new insurance products and services.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
Develop and refine design concepts, user flows, and prototypes for digital insurance platforms and customer interaction points.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software developers, to bring innovative ideas to life.
Perform risk assessments and feasibility studies for new product concepts, drawing parallels from aerospace safety and reliability principles.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in both aerospace and insurance industries.
