Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Aerospace Engineer with 2-4 years of experience and a B.Sc degree to join our dynamic team in Nasik. This role involves applying aerospace engineering principles and analytical skills to support clinical research and contract research operations. You will contribute to innovative projects, ensuring efficiency and data integrity within our research processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze complex data sets using engineering methodologies to identify trends and anomalies relevant to clinical trial outcomes.
* Develop and implement process improvements for data collection, management, and analysis, drawing parallels from aerospace systems engineering.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical scientists, data managers, and statisticians, to ensure project success.
* Utilize simulation and modeling techniques to predict outcomes and optimize research protocols.
* Contribute to the design and validation of technical solutions for clinical research challenges.
* Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and quality standards in all aspects of work.
* Prepare technical reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
* Maintain a high level of technical proficiency and stay updated with advancements in relevant engineering fields and clinical research practices.
