Affiliate Marketing Executive | Airtel

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Affiliate Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Airtel. This role is ideal for an individual with a postgraduate degree and 0-1 years of experience looking to kickstart their career in the dynamic telecom industry. You will be instrumental in developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness for Airtel's services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and recruit potential affiliates (influencers, bloggers, websites) relevant to the telecom and ISP market.

Develop and manage affiliate campaigns, including creating promotional materials and tracking performance.

Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports on key metrics (e.g., sign-ups, conversions).

Communicate with affiliates to provide support, answer queries, and foster strong relationships.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in affiliate marketing.

Assist in optimizing campaign performance through A/B testing and other data-driven strategies.
